DEALER SELECTION REQUIREMENTS
1. Having a strong enterprising spirit, possessing certain management, operational, and sustainable development abilities, relevant industry experience and marketing skills, and full of confidence in the industry.
2. Having certain financial strength and good financial credit.
3. Have a correct understanding and sufficient psychological preparation for the risks and benefits of investing in luxury goods.
4. Agree and accept the business model of MASHE, and obey all management aspects of MASHE.
5. Having a background in the flooring and building materials industries, as well as good local interpersonal and social relationships, is particularly desirable.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SELECTING STORE & EXHIBITION HALLS
1. Within the local first tier building materials market and shopping district, it is preferred to select Wanda Plaza, Vanke Plaza, and the top three local first tier shopping malls.
2. The selected store location must be surrounded by clean and branded shops.
3. The internal structure of the store is simple and easy to decorate.
DISTRIBUTION REQIUREMENTS
1. OPERATING CAPITAL: Total investment of 1 million yuan, including the first batch of payment, store decoration, samples, etc.
2. SHOP DECORATION: The decoration must be carried out according to the standard decoration plan of MASHE. After successfully signing the contract and paying the design deposit for the exclusive store, the company headquarters will design the store according to the store floor plan. Distributors need to decorate according to the drawings designed by the company headquarters, and the decoration costs will be handled in accordance with the policies of the luxury exhibition hall.
3. PRODUCT SAMPLING: Order production based on the samples designed by the company headquarters, and each distributor can choose the configuration according to local conditions. The specific number of samples will be matched according to the level requirements of the company's designated specialty stores.
4. EXCULSIVE REQUIREMENTS: Must specialize in MASHE products and related products provided by MASHE brands.
5. DEPOSIT ON CONTRACTS: Distributors must pay a deposit to Party A when signing the contract.
